This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Dr. Toner, Inc. with satisfactory evidence that the equipment failure was due to a defect in the Dr. Toner, Inc. cartridge. A written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed with contact information by the company's service technician manager stating damage is solely attributed to the use of Dr. Toner, Inc. compatible/remanufactured cartridges.
Dr. Toner, Inc. warrants each compatible or remanufactured cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship with a 100% performance/satisfaction guarantee. If any Dr. Toner, Inc. cartridge is found to be defective, Dr.Toner, Inc. will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price within 1 year from date of purchase. Dr. Toner, Inc. also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our compatible & remanufactured cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any properly maintained compatible machines. If a defect in a cartridge causes equipment failure, Dr. Toner, Inc. will, at its discretion, reimburse the customer for the full amount of the repair or replacement of the equipment.
